The Daily Telegraph in Sydney has published some supposed research about how long kids can handle a car trip before getting annoying.   Seriously????   Who paid for this baloney?    Does there really have to be research about every single aspect of our lives?   What value does this add?

The most interesting aspect of this article is the Kids Names.   The little one is called London.  Am I just feeling negative because the research cited in this article is loony tunes, or is this whole thing about calling kids after place names a little silly?

What do people out there think about 1. over kill research?  2. Naming kids after places?

  1. I should have read more closely, the supposed research was paid for by GPS manufacturer Tom Tom – one way to get publicity?
